I’ve built my career in the spaces where things are still a little messy; new categories, growing teams, evolving brands. Places where the work isn’t obvious yet and structure needs to be built alongside the vision. I’m drawn to businesses that care deeply about design and experience, but need the operating foundation to support what they’re becoming.

My background spans large-scale growth and early-stage building. At West Elm, I worked across product development, merchandising, and sourcing during a period of rapid expansion, supporting the business as it  scaled while launching new categories and rethinking how teams worked together. Then, as Co-Founder and CEO of Isla Porter, I took those lessons into a truly entrepreneurial environment; raising strategic capital, building a trade-first brand, and creating the systems that allowed the business to reach break-even in just two years.

Across roles, my focus has stayed consistent: connecting creative ambition to practical execution. I enjoy partnering closely with teams, bringing clarity to complex problems, driving top line revenue growth and building operating rhythms that make the work feel more grounded and human. As a consultant, I work alongside leadership teams to help translate big ideas into clear plans without losing the personality, care, or point of view that made the brand compelling in the first place.
